The culinary team delighted us with Carinthian delicacies that melted in our mouths, creating a harmonious blend of good taste and regional balance.One memorable evening, after a hike to the stunning Nockberge mountains, we indulged in a snack in the fresh alpine air, appreciating the close-to-nature flavors that surrounded us. The rich gourmet breakfast buffet, filled with vitamin-rich regional products, provided us with the perfect start to each day of exploration.At the on-site Restaurant Bachstuben, just a short distance away, we continued our culinary journey with dishes that showcased the essence of Carinthian cuisine.
